Shipping Information

Notmeusa.com offers shipping with U.S. Postal Service. All other shipping methods are by UPS at their
standard charges. For U.S. Mail or Parcel Post, or UPS Overseas and Canadian rates please contact us  
PRIOR to ordering.

Delivery Methods

All shirts are made to order. Please allow at least 2 - 7 business days prior to shipping.  Orders
at 7 days are all shipped by Priority Mail.  Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days.

Processing Time

All NotMeUSA T-Shirts, Gag Gifts, Pill Bottles and Spray Bottles are made to order.

Average time to manufacture orders: 2 to 7 Business days.

Daily cut-off time for Order Processing the same day is 12:30 PM (E.S.T)

All orders after the CUT OFF time will be processed NEXT DAY ONLY

Saturday & Sunday Orders Will Be Processed On Monday.

Return Policy

Most items:
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may return any item shipped by Notmeusa.com with full
credit or refund (minus shipping) under any of the following circumstances:

Item is in “like-new” condition with original packaging. We will not accept damaged return items. An
incorrect item was shipped. We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our
error. We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened or damaged items or items returned more
than 14 days after delivery.

If your return is not the result of our error (you misspelled a recipient’s name, for example), a 25%
restocking fee and the shipping costs (if any) associated with your return will be deducted from the
amount of the credit or refund. Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued
within 15 days and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.

If you have any questions regarding your return or our return policies, please send e-mail to us
(support@notmeusa.com). In your e-mail, include your order number and the reason you want to
return each item.

A Customer Service Specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping
instructions for returning the item(s).
